Abstract Submission Instructions


Only after you have completed your registration and payment, we will send you a password which will give you access to the abstract submission portal.

Submission of abstracts for oral presentations has closed. Abstract submission for poster presentations (and inclusion into the abstract book) is possible until 15 February, 2015.

 To ensure that your congress materials will be ready for you when you arrive in Wageningen, please complete your registration and payment also by 15 February. Be informed that when paying by normal bank transfer, it can take a couple of days before your payment arrives at our bank account. So leave enough time to still be able to meet the abstract submission deadline of 15 February, 2015.

After your payment is received by us, you will receive a registration & payment confirmation by e-mail. In this e-mail, you will get also a password which gives you access to the abstract submission portal. Please fill in this password below and press button.

Instructions for Poster presenters
During the conference, a number of the most interesting posters will be selected for a 5 minute Flash presentation. We therefore advise all contributors of posters to prepare and bring a maximum of two Powerpoint slides which may be used to give this Flash presentation.
There will be a number of Poster awards for posters in the categories ‚ÄúStrigolactones for Innovative Crop Protection and Crop Enhancement Solutions‚ÄĚ, and the COST action Stream working group themes Strigolactones as plant hormones, Strigolactones as signals for parasitic plants and Strigolactones, chemistry and biochemistry.
Poster format: max. AO, dimensions: 840 x 1189 mm

Instructions for oral presentations
Participants whose abstract has been selected for oral presentation should download their ppt presentation directly after on-site registration at the conference venue, or latest in the morning at the day of their presentation (between 8-9 am).
